The meeting was called to order by President Richard Bowen.
A motion was made by Linda Burdette and seconded by Ed
Alexander to accept the secretary report that was sent out by e mail to the
members. Kay Karstaedt
made a motion to accept the treasurers report and that was seconded by Larry
Halstead, Both motions were carried.
Old Business: None
New Business:
The ODC’s SOPs,
which is the Standard Operating Procedures , which Sandy Freed, our VP had
reviewed and sent to the members to
review was presented and a motion by Larry Halstead and seconded by Randy
Burdette was approved.
Discussion about our responsibilities for the weekend as a
Chapter.:
Everything is set for
the Hamburgers Sales, and the motorcycle ride.
Dinner with our group at 4:30 by Halstead’s rig.

July Campout at Candy Hill in Winchester July 19-2
