Meeting Minutes – July 21, 2013
The meeting was called to order by President Dick Bowen
after Sunday morning breakfast. The July trip had 4 rigs present: Messerle,
Bowen, Winder, and Ed Alexander. It was held at Candy Hill campground in
Winchester, VA.
Thanks to the Trip Captains: the Bowens.
Old Business:
Secretary’s and Treasurer’s reports was emailed to everyone
after the June Campout. Both reports
were approved.
New Business:
August will be at Country Way in Luray, VA. A reminder email will be sent out for
reservation information. Messerles and Soden/Wilson are hosts
September campout was still in question for those at the
meeting. Welfords are planning so an
email should be out shortly with information.
October will be at Grey’s point. More information to come. Freed’s are
planning.
Christmas party: Mem was checking to see what dates were available. We are still in need of someone to organize.
