Details and Sign UpThe Old Dominion Cardinals will be enjoying a 4 day camping experience in September,
2017 for those who would like to join us. We will be travelling to Lake Gaston to spend
some quality time at a lakefront campground. This weekend has been planned so that if
you wish to bring along a motorcycle you are welcome to join us for a country ride in lake country. The details of the weekend are outlined below:
Dates: September 21, 2017 thru September 24, 2017.
Folks wishing to stay thru September 25, 2017 may make extended their stay for an additional fee.

Camping Fee: $60 per night for full hookups
If you require 50A service there is a $3 additional fee per day.
Site Reservations: Lake Gaston Resort is an Ownership Campground and we are considered guests of Randy and Lynn Nageotte.
The ODC’s have 17 sites reserved for the weekend.
Sites are in the Dogwood Section sites 110 to 127.
A deposit of one nights camping fee is required to complete your reservation.
Kathy at the Campground has been handling all of the arrangements for the group
The deadline for reservations is September 1, 2017.
When you make reservations please let your Weekend Hosts know that you are coming so that we can plan appropriately.

A motorcycle ride will be planned for Friday weather permitting.
Pontoon Boat Trip - We are looking into renting pontoon boats to tour the lake on
Saturday. Please indicate if this is something you are interested in doing. We will determine price per person based on the number who express interest in doing. If the price is acceptable to you we will then ask for a commitment before we rent the boats.
Meals: Your Hosts are planning the following meals for the group:
Thursday Evening: Heavy Hors d’ Oeuvres (Everyone Bring to Share)
Friday Morning: Pancake Breakfast
Friday Evening: Good Old Fashioned Cookout with
Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.
Saturday Morning: French Toast Breakfast
Saturday Evening: Italian Spaghetti Supper
Sunday Morning: Everyone bring something to share along with leftovers.
There will likely be an increase in the camping Fee for this weekend since we will be providing 4 meals to those in attendance.
